9:00-9:15 Open Gym

9:15-10:15 Trampoline & Tumbling Clinic

10:15-10:30 Open Gym

10:30 - 11:30 Skill Games

11:30-12:00 Lunch (Child brings)

12:00-1:00 Artistic Gymnastics Clinic

1:00-1:30 Open Gym

1:30-2:00 Sports Readiness (conditioning and flexability)

Additional Information:


  • AGES: 5 & up

  • HOURS: 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM

  • Ext Hours Available: 2:00-3:00

  • Please have your child wear comfortable workout clothes, hair pulled back, bring a sack lunch and plenty of water.

All participants at events/parties must have a waiver filled out prior to attending. We have multiple optional to fit you needs:

1. When you fill out the reservation to the right, we will automatically send you a DocuSign enrollment through email, to fill out electronically. 

2. Click on the WAIVER link below to print and fill out to bring with you on the first day of camp.
