Toddler

Ages: Walking – 2 years old
45 minute lesson once a week

The toddler program is a terrific parent-child interactive program designed to promote bonding and stimulate the child's physical and mental development through music, movement, games and fun. Friendly and creative coaches incorporate fun and imagination into a safe learning environment. These classes are co-ed and each child is introduced to all Olympic events, however, all equipment is downsized to accommodate the smaller physique of these children. This program emphasizes coordination, development of large and fine motor skills and spatial awareness, all of which are essential elements in the positive development of children.

Mighty Mights

AGES: 3-4 YEARS OLD60 MINUTE LESSON ONCE A WEEKThe Might Mite program is a wonderful introduction for pre-school children into the fun world of physical fitness through gymnastics. To ensure quality individual attention, classes are maintained at a ration of no more than 8 students to one coach. This class is co-ed and follows a written curriculum that is updated every two weeks. The skills are taught in the first week and reinforced in the second week. Students are introduced to all Olympic events, however all apparatus for this class is downsized to accommodate the smaller physical of these young children. This program emphasizes coordination, development of fine and large motor skills, spatial awareness, self -accomplishment and teamwork. These essential elements of early childhood development are the foundation of successful early years..

Academy Boys

AGES: 5 and up 
90 MINUTE LESSON ONCE A WEEK

The Academy program is designed to introduce boys to the very important fundamentals of gymnastics. To ensure quality individual attention, classes are maintained at a ration of no more than 8 students to one coach. This program is created just for boys. The classes follow a written curriculum that is updated every two weeks. The skills are taught in the first week and reinforced in the second week. Students are taught on all Olympic events. This program emphasizes coordination, development of large and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, self-accomplishment, competition and teamwork. These essential elements of early childhood development are the foundation for success in all sports.

Tumbling
Ages 6+
60 MINUTE LESSON ONCE A WEEK
Calling all cheer, dance , martial art and divers!

Our tumbling classes offer a progressive approach to learning skills needed for cheerleaders and dancer to progress in their sport. Tumbling offers the opportunity to learn air awareness, beginner, intermediate and advanced skills on trampoline and floor. 

Development Group
